She appears last in the 1940 census. She is not mentioned as a
surviving sibling in her brother, Joseph's obituary, and therefore
probably died sometime before her brother's death in 1948.
Richard Stanley Hahn recalls an incident involving his father that
happened when he was 12 years old, and knows that Fannie MAYER was
alive at that time, making it at least 1942.
No death record was located by the Division of Vital Rcords in
Pennsylvania for Fannie MAYER between the years 1939 and 1948. It is
possible she died after 1948, or in a different state. |
