Michael Darkus, & sister of Michael Hess, 1847, Swatara Twp.

This is to certify that I, Elizabeth Darkus, do not desire to take
out letters of administrations on the estate of my husband Michael
Darkus late of the township of Swatara in the County of Lebanon, and
I do hereby request that my brother-in-law Henry Smith of the
township of Union in the County of aforesaid my be permitted to take
out the same on said estate. Witness my hand and seal this 22nd day
of February AD 1847
