He presumably was at least 20 years old when he had his first child
baptized in Flacht in 1596. He may have been born before the
earliest baptism records in Flacht in 1563, but almost certainly
before the baptisms of his youngest two siblings born in Flacht, 1565
and 1568.

He may be the son of Appolonia KLINE, widow of his father, Jacob
SEYTER.

His wife had two sets of twins.
