Bahn? 1885 - Age 72 or 80 Hannah MANN is listed in the 1880 census as Hannah MAN, and was an attendant in the home of Henrietta FUCHS/FOX nee ANSPACH at 943 11th Street. Listed at the same household was a Mary ANSPACH who is the sister-in-law of the head-of-household. She is probably only a half- sister to Henrietta FUCHS/FOX nee ANSPACH. Note: The 1880 census showing the FOX household incorrectly shows their street address as 943 Alder Street instead of 943 11th Street. The addresses on the census form are a continuation of the addresses on the previous census form, which correctly shows the street name as 11th Street. Hannah MANN's death certificate gives her address at the time of death as 943 11th Street. She is listed as 80 years of age in her deah certificate (b. 1804/5), and as 72 years in the cemetery records at Mount Sinai Cemetery. Her address in the death certificate is 943 North 11th Street., corresponding to the home where she appear in the 1880 census. Hannah MANN is buried at Mount Sinai Cemetery next to Abraham MANN, Babeth MANN (the sister of Abraham MANN), and Caroline ANSPACH nee LEVIN (the wife of Abraham MANN). She is probably another sister of Abraham MANN, and served in the home of Henrietta FUCHS/FOX nee ANSPACH, who is probably the daughter of Caroline ANSPACH nee LEVIN, from her first marriage. The death certificate for Henrietta FUCHS/FOX nee ANSPACH lists her mother as Carrie MANN, who married her second husband in the same synagogue she married in. | ||||||||||||||
