1900 United States Federal Census Record (on 1 June, enumerated 14 &
15 June):
In 1900, at age of 12, he was cared for by his parents in their home
at 2329 Albion St., Philadelphia, and was in school. He was born in
November (it more closely resembles Nov, although it appears it could
be Mar or May) 1887 (his year of birth should be 1888 if his age is
12).

1910 United States Federal Census Record (for 15 April, enumerated 18
April):
In 1910, at age 22, Harry Hahn was steadily employed as a shipping
clerk of books, and was single. He lived with his parents and
siblings in a house at 2329 N. Albion St., Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, and was born in Pennsylvania to Pennsylvania born
parents (a discrepency with the 1870 and 1880 census which indicates
his father is born in Bavaria, Germany).

1920 United States Federal Census Record (on 1 January, enumerated 22
& 23 January):
In 1920, at age 32, he was single, and employed as a books salesman,
and lived with his parent and two brothers at 2917 N. 25th Street,
Philadelphia.

1930 United States Federal Census Record (on 1 April, enumerated 10
April):
In 1930, at age 42, he worked as a salesman of school books, and was
married to his wife, Birdie, age 45, and lived with his brother-in-
law, Leroy, sister-in-law, Ethel (Leroy's wife), and niece, Adele, in
a home rented for $45 a month at 2129 Chelieu? Avenue, Philadelphia.
Harry and Birdie were both born in Pennsylvania to a German born
father, and a Pennsylvanian born mother, and were married for the
first time three years earlier at age 39 and 42. The reference to
Leroy as a brother-in-law is believed to be incorrect. Leroy is
Harry's cousin. The relationship between Harry and Leroy's wife and
daughter is also wrong.

According to Joan Mary HAHN, her uncle Harry and uncle Joseph had
considerable balding on the top of his head.
