No birth record was found for her in the villages in the adjacent
region of Westhofen east of Alzey-Land.

The birthdate on her tombstone is 25 March 1817.

According to William Meyers II (Fannie's great great grandson),
Fannie's maiden name and birthdate (25 May 1817) was passed down to
her grandson, Leon Hahn who worked to preserve his family history,
and then was further passed down to Leon's daughter, Aline and then
to her son, Bill. No record has been identified to confirm her
birthdate. Her maiden name is confirmed by the obituary of her son
Henry.
