I Henry Hess being Sick and weak of Body but perfet in mind and memory do Recomend my Sol to God that giv it and my Body After my Death to be buried in a Christen lick maner and my Funeral Expenses to be paid out of my Estate and after my Decease my Wife Elisabeth with my Nine Children is to live on the Farm that I now liv on and have the use of Said Farm as alsow the use of the Horses Cows and all the other Cettel & farming youtenshils that I am in Posession of at this time for the Benefit of my Wife and Childring and to have arite to Dispose of what part of the movabel Property the Executors heare after named thinkes Writ Sow to do as also my Executors Shal have arit to rent out my Smal Farm that Henry Holsbarger now lives on for the Benefit of my Children till my Son John arives to the years of Twenty One at which time my Movable Property Shal be disposed of at the Derection of my Executors all Except what I Resaved for my Wife it is my will that my Executors after my Son John arives to the years of Twenty One that the Shal hav my Lands and Tenements Prised and my son John And Henry Shal hav arit to tack them at the Apreasment It is also my Will that my Beloved wife Shall have a right to the Intrest of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Yearly if She Stands in need of it and the Reminder is to be Devided Equely amonst my Nine Children Shere and Shere alick begining to Pay my Eldes Dauter Elisabeth one year after my Son John or Henrey tackes my Landes by Apreasment And One Year after Elisabeth Bevey And the Nixt Insuing year John the nixt Henry then Magdalene then Marten then Phillop then Mickel & Cathrein Yearly and Every Year untill the whole is Paid I Also order and direct that the Hundred and Fiftey Pound Standing on acount of my Wife in the Eastate Shal be Devided amonst my Five Sones In the Same maner as Before mentioned Either at hur Death or Marage and it is my will that after my Sons Shal tack my lands that my wif if She Dont Chuse to liv in the hous with them that she Shal have the hous that Henry Holsberger now lives in Repeared for her and She Shal hav the use of the hous and Small Farm there to beloning as also Two Cows her Chois 2 Sheep 2 Hogs for hur use Two Iron Pots 6 Puter plats Six Spones 2 Dishes One Tabel Two Buckets And Yearly Ten Bushels of Wheat Five Bushels of Rye Five of Inden corn And One Quarter of land Soed with flexcead yearly and every year Sow long as She Remeains my Widow But Paredvet my Wife Elisabeth Shold Marey She Shall Be Debared From the abov mentioned Priviledgs I also order and Derect that my Executors Shal have my Hous And Barn Repeared and to be Paid out of the Estate and aney Other Repears that the find wanting and Have the Movabel Property Sold for the Benefit of my Children after my Son John Arives to the years of Twenty One as alsow aney part of my Movabel Propert when the find that it is not wanted on said plase and I Dow Hereby Apoint my good frend Christen Scering and James Woods my Executors Debaring all others as this my Last Will and Testament In witnes here of I Dow Set my hand and Seale this thirtenth Day of March One thousand Eight hundred & Three
