| According to Lewis Parker Abell, "Mr. Frank R. Hilton received his education in the New Scotland public school, the Boys Academy, a private military school, the State Normal High and the State teachers College, all at Albany, N.Y., and the Walworth Institute in New York city. He entered the employ of the New York Central System of Railroads in 1902 and advanced steadily to a position of responsibility in the vice president's office in 1922, his continuous service with this corporation covering a period of 34 years to date. He united with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in April 1904, Mechanics Lodge, No. 113, which was instituted in 1844, and was elected Presiding Officer or Noble Grand, Jan. 1, 1907, became Junior Past Grand, Jan. 1, 1908, and received Past Grand award July 1, 1908. They are members of the Presbyterian Church at Leonia, N.J. They have one son;" | ||||||||
