| According to John ANDERSON: With Jakob's wife, Güttel, little is known. She is referred to as the mother of David WOLFin the Heirats-Register (Deidesheim) 1799- 1812, # 1; this is the marriage registry of David Wolf & Sara Isac. Given that her son David was born in 1767, it may be presumed that Güttel was born c. 1717, if we assume she was five years younger than her husband. She was not mentioned as being present at the marriage, nor was she referred to as deceased, so it may be that she remained in the town where David was born, Schnaittach, and died some time after 1767." | ||
