Notes for Frederick GIGGLE
According to Eunice Giggle, he broke his back falling off a gate or
wall as a child, and was left with a hunchback when his back did not
heal correctly; his family moved from Giggleswick, England when he
was a young boy to London where he was educated; he worked as a photo-
engraver for Curtis Publishing, and was He was He was a H was a
secretary-treasurer for the photo-engravers union.

He came to America at age 7 and went to England in 1896 at age 34 to
work in London for five years, and return to America.

He became a U.S. citizen on 29 February (September?) 1884, according
to his naturalization certificate.
